This series Water Filling Machine is designed for the production of Mineral Water and Pure Water. Functions of Washing, Filling and Capping are integrated in one unit.

1.The suspending bottle-neck clamping design makes bottle stable during high-speed move. Able to meet the needs of different sizes of bottles by changing few parts.
2.The new generation SUS304 grab does not touch above bottle screw thread. Nozzle in the grab guarantees complete cleaning of inside bottle.
3.The advanced gravity filling technology is adopted in the machine, it makes filling process fast, steady and accurate.
4.Magnetic torque is used in screw capping, capping force can be adjusted steplessly, capping process become realiable and does no damage to caps.

5.Advanced technologies are adopted, such as human-machine interactive system, touch-screen and PLC programmable logic controller.
