Production Process
Filling part
1.According to different filling materials, we will use different quality of piston rings.2.White is usually used in filling edible oil products,the black one usually used in industry oil.3.Both these two kind of piston rings are made of Teflon material,inside the rings is a spring,it has the function of automatic adjust the gap caused by friction.So that the piston rings have a long-service time.
Capping part
1.Capping machine, integrates bottle inlet, cap sort, cap feed, capping, bottle outlet together. 2.Bottle inlet by belt clamping and cap screwing by tracking capping head, during capping, the bottle will not stop, bottle moving and capping action at the same time.3.Avoid liquid spill, adopts servo control torque capping, harmless to bottle and cap, fast speed, safe and stable, high capping rate
