XGF series bottled water filling machine line is used to filling mineral water or purified water into PET bottle from 200ml-2000ml.Different models can satisfy various requirement of output from 2000BPH to 36000BPH.The machine combines washing,filling and capping three function in a body, the whole process is automatic, suitable for PET bottle, plastic bottle filling mineral water and pure water.Filling way using the gravity or micro pressure filling, make the speed is faster and morestable, so with the same model our machine output is higher and more efficient.The machine adopts advanced Mitsubishi programmable controller (PLC) to control the machine to run automatically, interworking with inverter running more stable and reliable.Thephotoelectric sensor detect all part running state, with high degree of automation, easy operation.

he cover sorting machine is placed in the clean room of ten thousand levels, and the cover sorting method of mechanical rotation is adopted to avoid the bacteria brought into the ten thousand levels by compressed air.

The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel.
Using imported special efficient spray nozzle, the washing water will be sprayed in a particular angle, can wash any part of the inner wall, rinse with water thoroughly and save flush bottle.
Bottle clamp and lifting mechanism of sliding sleeve adopts Germany Igus corrosion resistant bearing without maintenance.

The filling part is manly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts.
The washed bottle reaches the filling
position via the bottle shifting wheel.
In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the liquid into the bottle.
When the liquid level of the bottle reaches the trachea of the filling valve, the filling will stop.Bottle Capping
