The methods of water treatment include physical treatment and chemical treatment.
Water Treatment System,also called filtration sterlizer,is the process of purifying the raw water by series equipments and devices to be drinkable.Raw water goes through water treatment system first: raw water pump - multi-media filter - activated carbon filter- precision filter - ultraviolet sterilizer - reverse osmosis device - Ozone generator, then achieve desired standard water quality. Finally, store the treated water in the storage tank.

Main Features of Water treatment system:

Reverse Osmosis
Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation technique that uses pressure as a driving force by selecting a function of permeating (semi-transmissive) membrane. When the pressure applied in the system is greater than the osmotic pressure of the aqueous solution, the water molecules continuously permeate the membrane. The impurities flowing into the central tube through the product water channel and then flowing out of the water at one end, such as ions, organic matter, bacteria, viruses, etc., are trapped on the water inlet side of the membrane, and then flow out at the concentrated water outlet end, thereby achieving the purpose of separation and purification.
RO selected Dow aromatic polyamide membrane and supporting material of glass fiber reinforced plastic pressure vessels dedicated RO membrane element 30, sub-6 installed in pressure vessel, the installation water production quantity is 2.0m3 / h , water recovery rate is 70%, desalination rate is 97%.Precision filter
This filter is made of stainless steel as a small tank which contains precision filter membrane, it only allows un-treated water go through the membrane, and does not allow any liquid go through another part, so it can filter the un-treated water. It also can be used in petroleum industry, pharmacy industry, wine making industry, beverage industry and higher quality water industry.
UV Sterilizer
It uses the UV to kill some bacteria that may also pass through the reverse osmosis system. Disinfect tube adopt high-quality stainless steel, the material with high efficiency which can get rusty reflection have to ultraviolet ray, will not produce pollution while using, accord with the hygienic requirements of the food industry. Tube built-in ultraviolet lamp and quartz glass tube, disinfect tube for an airtight container.
